Job Description Job Description We are looking for a reliable
Store Assistant Data Entry to support our warehouse operations in
our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible
for accurately recording all inventory transactions, maintaining
updated stock data, and assisting with daily store activities to
ensure smooth material flow for production. Key Responsibilities
Enter and update all incoming and outgoing material details in the
ERP or inventory system. Maintain accurate documentation such as
GRNs, issue slips, delivery challans, and stock registers. Assist
with receiving materials, checking quantities and basic
specifications, and labeling items. Support the organization and
upkeep of the store area and ensure proper material handling.
Coordinate with production, purchase, and quality teams for timely
material movement. Ensure compliance with warehouse safety and
company procedures. Report any stock discrepancies or issues to the
Store Supervisor. Qualifications High School / Diploma (preferred:
logistics, warehouse management, or computer applications). 1–3
years of experience in data entry or store operations, warehouse,
preferably in manufacturing. Basic knowledge of inventory systems
and proficiency in MS Excel or ERP software. Strong attention to
detail, good communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced
