Primary/Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities:

Help with the development of new customer features.

Work with the team to solve challenging technical problems

Support the culture of delivering quality software in a timely manner and continuously improve the development process.

Foster the culture of delivering quality software in a timely manner and continuously improve the development process.

Participate in customer calls with other team members to troubleshoot product issues with our customers.

Be able to identify patterns in recurring customer issues and work to resolve them permanently.

Qualifications

Development experience with front-end framework, such as React or Angular

Development experience with Java or Kotlin

NoSQL database experience such as MongoDB

Experience with message brokers such as RabbitMQ or Kafka

Experience writing automated tests at all levels of testing
