Job Description We’re looking for a Referral Coordinator to join our team at Community Medical Group . At CMG, we don’t just coordinate care, we help patients navigate their healthcare journey. Our team plays a key role in making sure patients get the services they need, when they need them. In this role, you’ll directly impact patient experience by ensuring referrals are handled efficiently and with care.
