Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill an Administrative Assistant job in Miramar FL Apply now if you meet the qualifications listed below! Type: Fulltime (40 hours / week) contract Length: 12 + months Pay: $16.00 to $16.75/ HR Shift/Hours: Mon-Fri, 8A - 5:00P Responsibilities for this Administrative Assistant job include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, handling information requests and performing clerical functions
  • Acts as information and communication manager for the office
  • Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.
  • Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents.
  • File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
  • Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and emails.
  • Prepare responses to correspondence containing routing inquiries. Qualifications for this Administrative Assistant job:
  • Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking, customer service skills and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage one's time
  • Ability to keep information organized and confidential
  • Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Prior Excel experience - basic functions such as data entry, searching data, enabling content
  • High school diploma or GED required
