As an Assistant Rural Carrier (ARC), you will have the opportunity to provide a vital service to residents in rural areas by ensuring reliable mail delivery and customer service. This role involves covering the routes of regular carriers on weekends and holidays or as needed. Deliver mail along designated routes to residential and commercial addresses in rural areas. Sort and prepare mail for delivery in accordance with postal regulations. Collect outgoing mail and ensure it is correctly managed for transit. Interact with customers professionally, addressing inquiries and providing postal services as needed. Ensure the security and confidentiality of all mail during transport and delivery.
